Evan Williams 1783 Small Batch celebreaza anul în care Evan Williams a fondat prima distilerie din Kentucky. Acest Bourbon in editie limitata este extras din mai puțin de 200 de butoaie.Este extra-maturat și folosește același proces sour mash și rețeta tradițională.
Aroma/olfactiv-Caramel, lemn de stejar, miere, fructe negre şi vanilie
Gust/paleta-Arome bogate de vanilie şi caramel, completate cu accente de zahăr brun şi nuanţe lemnoase.
Post gust/final-Dulceag, plăcut, vanilat.
